Rogers Coves Comes to Edinburg in Summer 2022

Esperanza Homes, a Rhodes company, held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, March 4, 2022, for its newest starter home community, Rogers Coves, in Edinburg. The new development features 188 property lots available for the construction of new homes in a highly desirable location just off N. Expressway 281, with easy access to the Trenton Crossing Shopping Center, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), the Boys & Girls Club of Edinburg RGV and IDEA Edinburg Public School. Once completed, Rogers Coves is estimated to contribute $50 Million to the City of Edinburg tax base.
