Rhodes Recognized for Outstanding Company Culture

Top Workplaces, the nation’s most credible employer recognition program, has recognized Rhodes Enterprises for its outstanding work culture. In 2022, Rhodes was awarded ELEVEN Top Workplaces culture badges which include Top 5% in Company Direction, and Top 25% in Innovation, Strong Values, Meaningful Work, Supportive Managers and more.

In March, over 100 staff at Rhodes Enterprises were surveyed by Energage, the leader in collecting employee feedback and the research partner behind Top Workplaces. Staff feedback was used to identify and certify our amazing company culture.

Culture badges are earned by organizations nationwide when they rank in the top 25% of similar organizations everywhere. Statement in the top 5% earn additional special distinction.
