McAllen, TX– On February 19th, 2024, Rhodes hosted the 3rd Annual Rhodes Excellence Awards (AREA) awards ceremony. This was a night to celebrate outstanding achievements and milestones for Rhodes, collectively and individually.
The Rhodes team enjoyed a 3-course dinner and inspiring speeches from our leadership team during the evening. Our President and CEO, Nick Rhodes, reflected on the past year’s successes and setting the vision for the future. Anticipation and excitement filled the room all leading up to the highlight of the evening—the AREA awards ceremony.
During the ceremony, we had the honor of recognizing the hard work, dedication, and exceptional contributions of our incredible Rhodes staff. Each award presented was a testament to the passion that our team members bring to their roles every day. From Construction Superintendent of the Year, Sales Consultant of the Year, Customer Satisfaction of the Year, Leader of the Year, Bright Rising Star, Pinnacle Award, Team Member of the Year, Team of the Year and Division of the Year we celebrated the diverse talents within our organization.
Congratulations once again to all the winners. We are immensely proud to have such talented and passionate individuals as part of the Rhodes family.
